At Klub Fox, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion choices aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 15 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order ID and registered email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags and packaging intact to qualify for a successful return process.

  Handover to Courier

  Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the package; please ensure you receive a pickup confirmation receipt.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
